If your top-up was not delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.
Duplicate Payment
If you were charged multiple times for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately.
System Error
If a system error caused an incorrect charge or failed delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Top-up has been successfully delivered to the correct game account.
- Incorrect Account ID was provided by the customer.
- Customer changed their mind after the top-up was delivered.
- Violation of the game's Terms of Service resulting in account ban.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number, payment proof, and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 1-3 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
